The Messages modules allows your registered users to send private messages to each other. There isn't much administration for this module and generally this administration is not necessary.

The options listed below are broken into 3 levels which represent Membership levels as defined in the Members module. Each level can be defined individually.

Max Inbox Msgs. Allowed: This is the maximum number of messages a user is allowed to have saved in their message box at one time. Newer messages will cause older messages to be deleted. This limit is to prevent abuse of the message system.

Max Characters / Msg. Allowed: This is the maximum number of characters allowed within a message. This limit is to prevent abuse of the message system.
