The Avatars module provides your user with a means of personalizing their account. Avatars are small images that can be used to represent the user. This module allows them to select existing avatars or instead upload their own. This module is often used with the Messages and Forums modules.

There isn't much administration for this module and generally this administration is not necessary.

Max Image Size: the maximum filesize for uploaded images. This is to prevent abuse of your site by allowing large images to be uploaded and used against your available bandwidth.

Allowable File Extensions: The types of images that are allowed to be uploaded. Common image extensions have already been entered for you.
